I cannot tell you how impressed all of my family has been with with the compassion you all brought to your services even as our needs kept changing and we strive to fine-tune Dick's courage. Dick was a very special person and we appreciate greately all you did to help keep him comfortable so he can die in peace and dignity. Dear Alain
I stopped by with some chocolate truffles for you and your office. I want to thank you again for helping my brother (Geoff) a young man with MS who was in a very desperate situation while visiting here. I came in to thank you last year as did my parents. I want to tell you that your help encouraged us to (Geoff) get help in his home in (Chicago) through the state, four times a week. This provides relief for his wife and he is now able to attend graduate school where he is trying to figure out how to make cities better environments for people with disabilities.
