Q. What kind of services do you provide?
A. Non-medical (sitters) and medical services that are
designed to assist our patients with the ability to stay home safely and
with dignity. These services include but are not limited to bathing,
dressing, transferring, ambulating, fall prevention, medication, light
housekeeping.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept most insurance plans, and private pay.
Q. Will you help me to file my insurance paperwork?
A. Yes, our billing department will assist you with all
the paperwork
Q. How quickly can services be provided?
A. We will always do our best to help those in
emergency situations. However, the more notice you can give us, the
better. A 24 to 48 hour window of time is ideal.
Q. Can I get services while I am in a nursing home
or assisted living facility?
A. Yes. We can provide services anywhere you need us.
Q. Do I have a say in the caregiver I receive?
A. Absolutely! Boca Home Health will first conduct an
assessment of your needs. Then, we will identify those caregivers who
are the best match for your requirements in terms of skills, hours,
duties and compatibility.
Q. What if I need to contact you on the weekends or
after work hours?
A. Boca Home health has on-call supervisors available
to handle all of your needs 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. These
supervisors will generally respond to your call within 20 minutes of
receipt.
Q. Are your services expensive?
A. Quality home care does not have to be expensive. In
